Board of Directors (BOD) Meetings are held:
The 1st Thursday of the month
11:00 am - 1:00 pm

If there is a scheduling conflict, the meeting will be rescheduled as soon as possible.
If a member wishes to bring an issue or concern to the BOD, that member should email the Secretary, Carol Olmstead, at least 10 days in advance to get that issue on the agenda.
