Julie Davis is responsible for managing corporate underwriting and three regional underwriting centers. As a seasoned mortgage professional with 30 years of experience in both originations and operations, Julie is highly skilled in underwriting residential mortgage loans, including all government, conventional conforming, and non-conforming loan products. Julie joined Cherry Creek Mortgage in 1992 and is highly valued for her leadership, management, and team building expertise within the organization. Julie is based at Cherry Creek Mortgage’s headquarters in Greenwood Village, Colorado. Milestone Mortgage is a Joint Venture of Cherry Creek Mortgage.
