Following the class, a form will be emailed to you to fill out stating you attended the class. Once we receive the form, we will email you your CE Cert.

Course provides agents with situational awareness of current cyber threats to their businesses and customers. It provides a common lexicon, discusses known vulnerabilities threats and risks as well as provides an overview of responsibilities for agents based on the customer data they handle. Furthermore, agents are provided real-world examples of phishing emails, wire fraud and known malware. Finally, agents will be provided with simple fix actions they can perform at home and in their work spaces to mitigate the risk to them and their customers.
