LEARNING TO LOVE YOURSELF

with Dale Falini

As women, we all struggle with the feeling of 'not being enough' in some aspect of our lives. Whether it's parenting, our careers or when we look in the mirror, we have got to stop talking to ourselves in a way we would never talk to a friend! It starts with becoming aware of how and when we berate ourselves and learning to offer ourselves self-compassion instead. You will learn the 3 components of self-compassion and the truth that you are imperfect AND you are enough! Take time for yourself and spend it with ladies you love at this special Valentine's Day inspired luncheon.

Dale Falini is a counselor turned life coach.  She has worked with women, families and youth for over 40 years.  She is absolutely passionate about living life to the fullest and helping her clients do so, as well. Her coaching business is, “Designed for More: Life beyond Limits”.  Believing that we are designed for so much more than most of us ever experience, Dale partners with clients to identify what holds them back in life, business & relationships.

*As a Certified Daring Way Facilitator, Dale is trained in the research of Brené Brown and specializes in the shame and fears that keep us from showing up authentically and courageously in life!
