2 Days: Experience the Springs, June 22 & 24!

It's a challenge to understand any community, especially when you are a newcomer or new to getting involved.  Newspapers, radio, television, clubs, and even active volunteer involvement only scratch the surface of the many influencers that shape the rich tapestry of our region.  Experience the Springs is presented by Leadership Pikes Peak (LPP)and is designed to provide insight and understanding into our community by surveying the diversity, business and economy, social responsibility, arts and culture, education, and local government of our region.

Why “Experience the Springs”?

• Gives you a window into the inner-workings of Colorado Springs and the Pikes Peak region.
• Brings together a diverse group of community members, representing major sectors and backgrounds.
• Captures a snapshot of our community for both newcomers and residents – highlighting where we've been and where we're headed.
• Allows participants to build new relationships and strengthen community ties in just a day and a half.

Experience the Springs is designed for Women’s Council of  REALTORS® members and guests who wants to learn more about Colorado Springs!  The program is especially beneficial for anyone new to the community who wants a “jump start” into community issues and civic relationships.  This program is also valuable for residents who don’t feel they know enough about or are truly connected to our community and its needs. This experience is available for a discounted fee of $250.00.
